Fast response to dialing the contact line. No issues getting identified. The advisor (David) was very understanding, listened and provided the accurate information to help me clarify my understanding of the issues that I had. All was resolved to my satisfaction. A very pleasant experience. It only took a few minutes.

Harris has been a top man in sorting out the problems with my phone connection and diverting it on its own. He did all sorts of tech stuff to resolve the issues, and now working properly as it should.

From my original phone call and ongoing conversations until the final outcome of my issue, David, my WeVoice representative, was so professional in his manner and knowledge of my issue. Through several phone calls and interactions, David provided me the information and advice I required, plus his customer support was 10/10. He completely put me at ease and solved my issue.

Mr Holmes

The staff at Wevoice were caring, extremely helpful and were never phased by any of the problems I caused. Being 80 next year, my computer skills are not great, and I am sure I caused a number of headaches for the Team. Harris was great and deserves a medal.

Having a personal assistant who remembers you. The service is outstanding. I switched when my other provider went down. I get full 4G, unlimited everything for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend WeVoice.

My call to customer service was answered very quickly and even though I wasn’t expecting my problem to be solved today, the agent, David was very helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. After a few minutes my issue was sorted! David called me back to check everything was as I wanted and there were no further issues.
